Baby Care Staff – FILIPINO in Manama

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced employees to join our family as a Baby care Provider / Nanny. The ideal candidate should love working with children and ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care to the baby at all times

Maintain proper hygiene — feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and dressing the baby

Prepare and sterilise baby bottles, feedings, and baby meals as per schedule

Ensure a safe and clean environment around the baby’s play and sleep areas

Engage the baby in age-appropriate educational and playful activities

Monitor and report any signs of illness, discomfort, or developmental concerns

Follow sleep and feeding routines as instructed by parents

Show warmth, patience, and understanding at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in baby or childcare (preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Trustworthy, punctual, and compassionate
