Job Opening: Site Supervisor in Janabiya

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading company in interior fit out and furniture manufacturing in Bahrain. This organization is renowned for its commitment to quality, reliability, and service, providing innovative solutions to clients, consultants, and designers.

The Site Supervisor will act as the crucial link between the customer and the production department, overseeing project execution to ensure quality and timely completion.

Role Summary and Key Responsibilities

As a Site Supervisor, you will manage various project sites and be responsible for the full lifecycle of site execution.

Supervision & Site Execution:

Monitor and supervise project teams strictly based on the project schedule.

Conduct essential Setting out & site surveys before beginning site execution.

Coordination:

Serve as a key coordinator between Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and the Factory team, keeping all parties updated on site changes and developments.

Quality & Control:

Ensure all work strictly adheres to the Project plan.

Conduct checks on the quality and quantity of materials received at the site.

Client Management:

Engage with the customer throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing any queries or complaints.

Collect payments from customers upon completion of more than 90% of the job.

Reporting:

Maintain and forward daily work progress reports and manpower updates to the Head of Projects & Fit out.

Category Requirement DetailsEducation Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.ExperienceAt least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setup (essential experience for this type of company).Technical Skills Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read and understand shop drawings.CommunicationEffective communication skills for clients and team members. Ability to communicate in English and Arabic is preferred.AdvantagePrior experience working in GCC countries is a strong advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract with the following competitive package:

Item Details

Basic Salary BD 300 to BD 350 per month

Housing Allowance BHD 100 per month

Working Hours 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

Annual Leave 30 days paid leave

Air Ticket Entitled once every two years for the employee, spouse, and up to two children (Bahrain to home country travel only).

Medical Insurance Free medical insurance as per Bahrain Labor Law.
