we are Leading manufacturing company in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Looking on top urgent basis for Flexo Printing machine operator for Paper cup, Paper bags Production.

What you will do:

Set up and operate the Flexo printing machine for each production job

Mount and align Flexo printing plates for each color station

Mix, prepare, and load water-based or UV inks to correct viscosity

Set print register — align all colors to within tolerance on paper cup stock

Load paper rolls and thread web correctly through all print stations

Monitor print quality continuously — color density, registration, smearing

Adjust ink viscosity, doctor blade pressure, and impression settings during run

Perform job changeovers — plate change, ink washup, and new job setup

Record ink consumption, waste sheets, and output quantities each shift

Clean anilox rollers, doctor blades, and ink trays at end of each job

Perform basic preventive maintenance and report mechanical faults promptly

Follow food-grade printing safety standards for paper cup substrate

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience operating a flexographic printing machine — paper cups, food packaging, kraft paper, or similar substrate preferred

Practical knowledge of Flexo printing process — plates, anilox rollers, doctor blades, ink viscosity, and impression pressure

Able to perform colour register adjustment independently without constant supervision

Experience with water-based ink systems and basic ink mixing

Able to read a job ticket / work order and match output to customer colour specification

Basic understanding of PLC / HMI control panel operation

Physically able to stand for a full shift and handle paper rolls

Paper cup / food packaging printing

Pantone colour matching
