Company Overview
We are a growing construction materials and project-focused trading company engaged in
supplying and coordinating materials and services fo projects across Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
The Operations & Business Coordinator (Execution Manager) will be responsible for
ensuring smooth execution of daily business operations, coordination between departments,
and follow-up on projects, suppliers, and clients to ensure commitments are met on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day business and project execution activities
• Track enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Support sales and management with reports, schedules, and documentation
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
• Maintain organized records of communications and transactions
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum experience in operations, coordination, or project support (construction/trading preferred)
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and execution discipline
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities
• Proficient in basic office tools (Excel, email, documentation)

2) PROBATION-BASED ROLE DESCRIPTION (EXECUTION-FOCUSED)
Probation Period: 3 Months (Performance-Based)
During the probation period, the candidate will be evaluated on:
• Execution discipline and follow-up consistency
• Ability to coordinate independently without constant supervision
• Accuracy in reporting, documentation, and task tracking
• Responsiveness and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Confirmation Criteria:
• Timely execution of assigned tasks
• Clear communication and structured reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, logistics, and internal coordination
Successful candidates will be confirmed with expanded responsibilities and revised compensation based on performance.
3) SALARY BAND
Salary Range:
SAR 4,000 – 6,000 per month (Based on experience & execution capability)
• Salary during probation may start at the lower band
• Performance-based review after probation
• Growth potential linked to responsibility and reliability
