Urgent Hiring! HSE/Safety Trainer in Riyadh

Job Description:

– Conduct induction and refresher safety training for workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

– Facilitate toolbox talks, safety drills, and emergency response simulations.

– Deliver multilingual training using translated materials (e.g., Bangla, Urdu, Mandarin, English).

– Design training modules aligned with Saudi labor law, international HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH), and company policies.

– Customize content for high-risk activities: working at heights, confined spaces, heavy equipment, electrical safety, etc.

– Maintain training records, attendance logs, and competency assessments.

– Ensure training materials are updated to reflect regulatory changes and site-specific hazards.

– Support incident investigations by identifying training gaps.

– Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback, and on-site behavior observations.

– Recommend corrective actions and retraining when non-compliance is observed.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field

2. Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30/10, First Aid, Fire Safety, Train-the-Trainer preferred

3. Experience: 5-8 years in construction safety, with training delivery experience

4. Skills: Strong presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills; assertive yet empathetic communicator

5. Language: Proficiency in English; ability to deliver or coordinate training in Bangla, Urdu, Mandarin is a plus
