????️ Job Vacancy: Modular/Prefabricated Buildings Supervisor

Location: Riyadh

Requirement: Must be currently residing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time Position

Duties and Responsibilities

* Daily Site Supervision of all stages of installation and outfitting of prefabricated/modular/portable buildings, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

* Monitoring the quality of manufacturing, loading, unloading, and the process of installation, mechanical, and electrical connections of the prefabricated units.

* Effective coordination with manufacturers, specialized installation contractors, and suppliers.

* Reviewing executive drawings for the portable units and material requests.

* Preparing daily and weekly progress reports, punch lists, and ensuring their final close-out.

* Ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and Safety procedures specific to the installation of pre-engineered units.

Essential Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision.

* Demonstrated experience in supervising the installation and outfitting of prefabricated/modular buildings (portable units, caravans) and details of structural connections and services.

* Thorough knowledge of pre-manufacturing techniques, materials for portable structures, and associated quality standards.

* Strong capability for site monitoring, managing priorities across multiple locations, and resolving technical issues during the installation process.

* Proficiency in using office tools (MS Office) and reading structural and architectural drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent).
