Job Opening: Site Accountant – Jeddah in Jeddah

We are looking for a Site Accountant to join our finance team in Jeddah (KSA).

The ideal candidate should be responsible, proactive, and experienced in managing on-site financial operations efficiently.

???? Job Responsibilities

Manage petty cash transactions and maintain daily expense records.

Perform bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.

Handle vendor payments, including uploading payments through ERP or online banking.

Manage salary distribution and maintain employee payment documentation.

Oversee petty cash distribution at site with proper control and reporting.

Prepare accurate and timely accounting entries, vouchers, and reports.

Coordinate with the head office for approvals, documentation, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Minimum 3 years of Gulf experience in accounting roles.

Construction industry background preferred, but candidates with strong accounting and ERP skills will also be considered.

Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or QuickBooks (ERP experience required).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Team-oriented, responsible, and able to assist colleagues when required.

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Must be able to join immediately.
