Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong communication skills in Arabic and English to handle the day-to-day financial operations of our F&B business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing accounting functions in the Food & Beverage sector, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

– Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely posting and reconciliation.

– Perform multiple bank reconciliations and maintain accurate daily transaction records.

– Coordinate with salespersons and operational teams to verify sales, collections, and payments.

– Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.

– Maintain vendor and customer ledgers; manage payment schedules and follow-ups.

– Support daily accounting operations including journal entries, expense tracking, and petty cash management.

– Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

– 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.

– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

– Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

– Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.

– Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

– Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
