Urgent Requirement – Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects.

• Experience in power plant projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.

• Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or similar.

• Ability to prepare bills of quantities, progress reports, and project cost analysis.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
