Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the restaurant and café industry. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial operations, ensure accuracy in all accounting records, and support overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, posting, and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.

• Prepare and monitor daily sales reports, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliations.

• Track inventory, wastage, and cost of goods sold (COGS).

• Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and GRNs.

• Ensure accuracy of POS data and reconcile with accounting records.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

• Monitor and record payroll transactions.

• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.

• Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Maintain organized documentation for all financial records.

• Provide management with timely reports and financial analyses.

• Manage and reconcile delivery applications such as HungerStation, Jahez, ToYou, and others, with strong experience in handling settlement reports and commission statements abd pricing managment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the restaurant or café industry.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and F&B sector operations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, Zoho, etc.).

• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Valid residency (Iqama) and transferable sponsorship are required.

• Must be currently residing in Jeddah — applications from outside Jeddah will not be accepted.

• Strong experience dealing with delivery applications (HungerStation, Jahez, etc.).
