Urgently Required – IBS Technician (Huawei) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | AIS Company in Al Yasmin

AIS Company is urgently looking for experienced IBS Technicians to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in Huawei IBS (Indoor Building Solutions) projects.

Hands-on experience in the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of Huawei IBS equipment.

Good understanding of telecom infrastructure, RF components, and indoor coverage solutions.

Experience in cable routing, feeder installation, antenna mounting, fiber optic cabling, grounding, and equipment installation.

Ability to read and interpret site drawings and technical documentation.

Familiarity with telecom safety standards and quality procedures.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Technical Certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Huawei technical training or certification will be an added advantage.

Experience working on large-scale telecom deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation and commissioning of Huawei IBS equipment.

Install antennas, RRUs, feeders, fiber optic cables, power cables, and related telecom infrastructure.

Conduct site surveys and ensure installations comply with approved designs and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues during deployment.

Prepare installation reports, site documentation, and completion records.

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Follow all company safety policies and customer quality requirements.
