Fleet Maintenance Officer in Riyadh

J&T Express Middle East is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Officer

???? Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

???? Department: YUNYI Transportation

???? Key Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the daily maintenance management of the company’s vehicles (heavy trucks/light vehicles);

2.Organize and supervise regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance (PM);

3.Responsible for simple vehicle repairs (such as oil changes, filter changes, brake system repairs, tire repairs, battery repairs, etc.);

4.Develop and implement vehicle maintenance plans to reduce vehicle failure rates and repair costs;

5.Manage the daily work arrangements and provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel;

6.Establish and maintain vehicle repair and maintenance logs and records;

7.Coordinate with external repair shops to handle major repairs or accident vehicles;

8.Ensure safe and standardized operations at the repair site, complying with company and local regulations.

???? Requirements:

1.Experience in vehicle repair or related mechanical fields; familiar with the structure of heavy-duty trucks and light-duty vehicles;

2.3+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance; fleet management experience preferred;

3.Familiar with routine vehicle maintenance procedures and troubleshooting common faults;

4.Able to independently handle simple vehicle repairs;

5.Conscientious and responsible; possesses excellent communication and coordination skills;

6.Able to adapt to on-site management and a certain workload;

7.Preferred candidates have work experience in Saudi Arabia or relevant certifications.
