We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts lead our accounting and finance department. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
???? Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities.
Oversee financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax requirements.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
Optimize financial processes for better control and cost efficiency.
