Rana Beauty Centre, a new established beauty salon is seeking for talented, experienced, highly skilled and creative senior Hair Colorist & Hairstylist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in modern coloring techniques and precision cutting, dedicated to providing a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Color Specialization: Perform advanced coloring services including balayage, ombré, highlights, lowlights, color correction, and root touch-ups.

Hair Styling & Cutting: Execute precision haircuts, fashion styling, blow-drying, and formal updos for events.

Treatments: Apply specialized hair treatments such as Keratin, Protein, Botox, and deep-conditioning masks.

Client Consultation: Conduct professional consultations to recommend styles and colors based on hair type, texture, and face shape.

Retail & Maintenance: Recommend high-end hair care products to clients and maintain a clean, sterilized workstation.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a professional salon environment.

Education: Valid cosmetology license or recognized certification in Bahrain.

Skills: Expert knowledge of hair science, chemistry, and various product lines (e.g., Aveda, L’Oréal).

Attributes: Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus) and a friendly, professional demeanour.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio or social media profile showcasing your recent work is mandatory.
