Civil Site Supervisor in Manama

Location: Bahrain

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety standards, and support timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and workforce.

Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress and report updates to management.

Maintain site documentation and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor (infrastructure or construction projects preferred).

Local Hiring

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good knowledge of construction practices and safety compliance.

Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
