Position: Electrical Supervisor
???? Minimum Experience: 15+ years overall, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
???? Nationality: Open to all
✅ Key Responsibilities & Skills
Hands-on experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems & equipment
Strong expertise in motors, VFDs, transformers, compressors, pumps & switchgears
Ability to read, interpret & execute electrical drawings and cable management systems
Skilled in fault diagnosis and corrective repairs
Strong leadership to supervise teams, ensure HSE compliance, and maintain work quality
Excellent decision-making, communication & teamwork skills under pressure
???? Qualification
Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
???? Required Certifications
OSHA / NEBOSH or other recognized Safety Certifications
