Bekal Holding is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our growing finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

You will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, directly supporting our Accountants and Finance Manager. Key tasks include:

Transaction Processing: Managing Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions, including preparing, issuing, and processing invoices and payments.

Bookkeeping: Accurately entering daily financial transactions into the accounting software (data entry).

Reconciliations: Performing bank and credit card statement reconciliations on a timely basis to ensure accuracy.

Documentation: Maintaining highly organized and confidential financial records, both physical and digital.

Support: Assisting with month-end closing procedures and preparing basic financial reports and summaries.

What You’ll Need: Qualifications

Proven experience (1+ years) in an accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative finance role is strongly preferred.

Associate’s Degree or equivalent certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Familiarity with standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and/or Arabic).
