WAITER SALARY 1300+200 SAUDI RIYAL – 04 STAFF

(Including : Accommodation + Transportation + Insurance)

WORK LOCATION : AL KHOBAR

We are looking for Waiter with core responsibility is to provide excellent customer service in a

dining establishment by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer

satisfaction. They act as the primary point of contact between the restaurant and its patrons,

requiring strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Waiters also handle payments,

maintain a clean dining area, and collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Welcoming guests, presenting menus, and seating them at tables.

 Accurately recording food and drink orders, often using a POS system, and

communicating them to the kitchen.

 Delivering orders to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.

 Checking on guests throughout their meal, addressing any issues or requests, and

ensuring satisfaction.

 Suggesting specials or additional items to enhance the dining experience and

increase sales.

 Processing payments (cash, credit cards), making change, and closing out checks.

 Clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring the dining area is

clean and organized.

 Collaborating with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations and

timely service.

 Following health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene

practices.

 May include tasks like rolling silverware, stocking supplies, and preparing for service.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 2+ Years work experience as a Waiter role in a restaurant

● Must be Completed HM or Diploma in HM.

● Age limit between 21 to 32 years

● Hands-on experience with customer satisfaction.

● Good time-management skills

● Team spirit

● Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY

● Must have Valid and Transferable Iqama

● Min 1yr Saudi Experience

● Good communication in English, Arabic Basic
