Part-Time Airbnb Operations Manager in Manama

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused professional to manage a group of serviced apartments / hotel-style rooms listed on Airbnb. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, increasing occupancy and revenue, improving service quality, and optimizing operational costs.

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of Airbnb listings (messages, bookings, availability).

• Prompt and professional communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.

• Coordination of check-in and check-out procedures.

• Overseeing cleaning and basic maintenance to ensure units are always guest-ready.

• Implementing strategies to improve guest reviews and ratings.

• Applying dynamic pricing to maximize occupancy and income.

• Handling guest issues and complaints efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Providing brief performance reports (occupancy, reviews, operational notes).

???? Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Airbnb or serviced apartments (essential).

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• High responsiveness and excellent organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of guest experience and hospitality standards.

• Ability to work independently and make smart operational decisions.

• Knowledge of pricing strategies and Airbnb ranking optimization.

• Resident in Bahrain preferred.
