Responsibility:

Managing the planning and construction stages of construction projects.

Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the other team and Subcontractor and overseeing HVAC construction processes.

Ensuring that performing regular tests and inspection including the HVAC material inspection and control on procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.

Reporting and Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

Oversee the daily operations of construction sites and coordinate activities of subcontractors and staff.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to project stakeholders.

Manage project resources, equipment, and materials efficiency.

Implement safety and compliance protocols to create a secure work environment.

Report regularly on project status to senior management and clients.

Manage preservation activities and protect HVAC equipment & system.

Check and monitor operation of HVAC system and conduct maintenance work or trouble shooting, if required

Requirement

Qualification:

Major / Degree:

Min. 2 year Course or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Mechanical or HVAC Engineering background preferred

Reference (Experience):

3 or more years of work experience as HVAC Supervisor

Language:

Be able to read, write and speak English language

Preferred certificate/license related to HVAC
