Site Supervisor(construction) With Autocad Knowledge in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team for a prestigious hotel construction project in Riyadh. If you are a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills, we want to hear from you!

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

AutoCAD Proficiency: Must be able to read, interpret, and make minor adjustments to construction drawings.

Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials (finishing, structural, and MEP) and their proper application on site.

Experience: Proven experience in building construction, preferably with hospitality or large-scale projects.

Supervision: Ability to manage site workers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project timelines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: SR 3,000 per month (Competitive)

Accommodation: Provided inside the site premises (to ensure ease of work and reduce commuting costs).

(Note: Accommodation is provided but meals are not included.)

Vacation Ticket: Two (2) Year Round-Trip Ticket to home country upon completion of contract/leave cycle.

ID Requirement: Applicants must have a transferable Iqama (Saudi residency).
