IT & Security System Supervisor in Riyadh

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced(Mid Range) and motivated IT & Security System Supervisor to oversee and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure and electronic security systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing security system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT and security systems.

Manage CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and related ELV systems.

Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.

Lead and support a team of technicians and subcontractors.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.

Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Support IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and end-user devices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT and security systems.

Strong knowledge of:

CCTV Systems

Access Control Systems

Structured Cabling

Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)

Experience with system configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
