URGENT HIRING – HSE Manager (Cross-Country Pipeline Projects) Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager for a leading Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Position: HSE Manager

Experience Required: 12–13+ Years

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field

Mandatory Certifications:

NEBOSH , IOSH

Strong knowledge of:

ISO 45001:2018

ISO 14001:2015

OSHA Standards

Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation

Minimum 12–13 years of HSE experience, including significant experience in Cross-Country Pipeline Construction Projects

Experience in:

HSE Management Systems

Safety Audits & Inspections

Emergency Response Planning

Regulatory Compliance

Safety Training & Workforce Engagement

Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

Preferred Qualifications:

Lead Auditor Certification

Saudi Aramco Pipeline Project Experience

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HSE activities across pipeline construction projects

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs

Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations

Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to project teams

Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and performance metrics for management and clients
