FM Manager in Manama

We are hiring FM Manager for an reputed construction company in Bahrain.

Salary : 800 – 1200 BD ( Negotiable )

Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Building Maintenance: Oversees routine, preventive, and emergency repairs for structural elements, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to prevent downtime.

Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforces occupational safety standards, environmental regulations, and local building codes to keep occupants safe.

Vendor Management: Negotiates contracts, schedules services, and oversees the performance of external contractors (e.g., janitorial, security, landscaping).Budgeting & Financials: Forecasts facility costs, tracks utility spending, and manages expenditures for repairs and supplies to optimize resource allocation.

Space Planning: Coordinates office relocations, workspace reconfigurations, and infrastructure upgrades to support organizational growth.

Security & Emergency Planning: Implements access control, disaster mitigation protocols, and emergency response procedures.

Sustainability Operations: Drives energy-saving initiatives and waste-reduction programs to support corporate social responsibility and cost efficiency.
