Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

Mandatory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.

Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Candidates without proven experience in high-rise buildings projects will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil and architectural works.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and assist in procurement.

Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Measure work completed and certify subcontractor payment applications.

Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.

Ensure all quantity surveying activities comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company standards.

Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Requirement for Document Controller

We are looking for two highly organized and experienced Document Controllers to join our team for a prestigious construction project in Diriyah, Riyadh.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Document Controller within the Construction/Fit-Out field is mandatory.

⚠️ Important:

Candidates without Knowledge of Aconex and proven experience in high-rise buildings projects will NOT be considered.

Skills: Proficient in managing project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.

Location: Ability to work on-site in Diriyah, Riyadh.

Software: Proficiency in Oracle (Aconex ) and MS Office.
