• Supervise daily bakery production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company procedures.
• Supervise and guide production employees and machine operators.
• Monitor product quality and address production issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and production resources.
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Train and evaluate production staff performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
