QC Welding Inspector (ARAMCO Approved – CBT Passed) in Riyadh

Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified QC Welding Inspectors with ARAMCO approval and CBT certification to join our project team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in welding inspection, quality assurance, and NDT activities within oil & gas or petrochemical projects. Candidates are required to submit their updated CV, ARAMCO approval, CBT result, certificates, and supporting documents.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspection of welding activities according to ARAMCO standards, project specifications, and industry codes (e.g., ASME, AWS).

Review and verify WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualifications.

Conduct fit-up, visual welding inspections, dimension checks, and monitor welding parameters at site.

Ensure compliance with quality control plans and ITPs.

Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, NCRs, surveillance reports, and QA/QC documentation.

Coordinate with construction teams, NDT contractors, and client representatives.

Monitor material traceability, heat numbers, and welding consumables.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and site safety standards.

Attend QA/QC meetings and participate in internal/external audits as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory: ARAMCO Approved Welding Inspector + CBT Passed.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in welding inspection (oil & gas, pipelines, refinery, petrochemical preferred).

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

Valid certifications such as CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI / ISO 9712 Level II (UT/RT/MT/PT) are an advantage.

Strong knowledge of ASME IX, API, AWS D1.1, and ARAMCO SAEP/SATIP/SAPMT requirements.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Must provide CV, experience certificates, ARAMCO approval letters, CBT pass result, and all technical certifications.
