Experience: 5+ years in fire protection, fire suppression, MEP, HVAC, safety systems, or related technical field.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise installation of kitchen fire suppression systems at customer sites.

* Coordinate daily activities of plumbers, electricians, and technicians.

* Conduct site surveys and collect measurements of hoods, ducts, appliances, and gas shut-off systems.

* Ensure installations comply with manufacturer requirements and local civil defense regulations.

* Verify correct installation of cylinders, nozzles, piping, detection lines, pull stations, and control panels.

* Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.

* Prepare service reports and maintenance records.

* Coordinate preventive maintenance visits and emergency service calls.

* Manage site materials, tools, and consumables.

* Ensure safety compliance at project sites.

* Train junior technicians on installation and maintenance procedures.

* Report project progress to the Operations Manager.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of fire suppression systems.

* Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.

* Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing works.

* Familiarity with restaurant kitchen equipment.

* Good communication and team management skills.

* Valid driving license preferred.
