Structural , Mechanical And Architectural Engineer in Riyadh

We are seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our growing team.

Structural BIM Engineer (2–5 Years Experience):

The Structural BIM Engineer will develop accurate structural BIM models to LOD 400–500 and produce coordinated shop drawings for construction. The role requires strong knowledge of structural systems, clash detection, and model coordination with other disciplines. Shop drawings production and LOD 400/500 modeling experience are mandatory.

Mechanical BIM Engineer (2–5 Years Experience):

The Mechanical BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) to LOD 400–500 and preparing complete, coordinated shop drawings. The candidate must be proficient in Revit and Navisworks and experienced in discipline coordination. Shop drawings experience and advanced LOD 400/500 modeling skills are essential.

Architectural BIM Engineer (2–5 Years Experience):

The Architectural BIM Engineer will prepare precise architectural BIM models to LOD 400–500 and develop high-quality, fully coordinated shop drawings. Responsibilities include model detailing, coordination with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Shop drawings production and LOD 400/500 modeling experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial or related field)

Proven experience in engineering or project environments

Proficiency in relevant software and design tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay Scale:- from 4000-6000 based on experience

Immediate transfer is a plus

Revit and shop drawings experience is must
