Junior HR Executive in Manama

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, capable of joining immediately, and have a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily HR and administrative operations

Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Handle onboarding and employee orientation processes

Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies

Support visa, LMRA, and GOSI-related documentation when required

Coordinate employee relations and internal HR communications

Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of HR experience preferred

Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law

Locally available in Bahrain

Immediate joiners will be given preference

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with HR software and attendance systems

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Professional and positive attitude
