As we continue to expand our footprint, we are in search of a proficient and motivated Civil Estimation and Quantity Survey Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.
– Perform comprehensive quantity surveys to precisely determine resource needs and materials for tendering purposes.
– Collaborate closely with project teams to understand project nuances and provide cost-effective strategies.
– Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to establish accurate scope and estimation parameters.
– Oversee and manage project costs, variations, and expenditure throughout project lifecycle.
– Maintain thorough documentation and records related to estimation and quantity surveying activities.
– Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure streamlined project progression.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record in civil estimation and quantity surveying, particularly within infrastructure, roads, and earthwork projects
• Proficiency in relevant estimation and surveying software tools
• Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• At least 5 years of experince
