We are hiring SALES PROFESSIONALS who can bring real business and revenue to the company.

⚠️ This position is strictly SALES ONLY — NOT procurement, admin, operations, or office-based roles.

POSITION: Sales / Business Development Executive

✅ WHO SHOULD APPLY

Strong experience in B2B sales in Saudi Arabia

Proven ability to bring clients, orders, and POs

Confident in client visits, pitching, follow-ups, and closing deals

Experience in trading & contracting materials is a plus

Result-driven, self-motivated, and market-active

If you cannot bring sales, this role is not for you.

???? ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pitch company products and services to clients

Generate leads and convert them into orders

Visit companies, contractors, factories, and traders

Close deals and bring confirmed orders / POs

Represent the company professionally in the market

???? TRIAL / PROBATION PERIOD (IMPORTANT)

Initial 30-day trial period

Trial is performance-based, not time-based

Evaluation will be based on:

Client meetings

Leads generated

Quotations issued

Orders / POs closed

???? COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (FULL TRANSPARENCY)

???? During 30-Day Trial:

❌ No fixed salary

✅ Commission-only

Commission: 10% on each confirmed order / PO

Commission is calculated on REVENUE (invoice value), not profit

Commission is paid only after full collection from the client

Transportation expenses will be reimbursed only after business is generated, against official transportation invoices

???? After Successful Trial:

Salary will be discussed and negotiated based on performance

Competitive salary offered for strong performers

Commission structure continues
