Hiring For Project In Riyadh – Senior Architect (Construction & Contracting) in Riyadh

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with 10–13 years of experience in the construction and contracting field to join our team.

*Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and manage all on-site architectural works and ensure proper execution as per approved drawings.

-Monitor construction activities, workmanship quality, and compliance with specifications and standards.

-Coordinate daily with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.

-Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution.

-Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and design-related issues promptly.

-Ensure adherence to project timelines and report progress to project management.

-Verify quantities and support in project reporting and documentation.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

-Participate in handover processes, snagging, and project close-out activities.

*Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

-10–13 years of experience in construction/contracting projects.

-Strong site experience and ability to manage execution teams.

-Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
