We are an online solutions company based in Bahrain and we are looking for System Administrator.

Location: Bahrain

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

Experience: 2+ years

Job Description :-

Configure and Manage Dedicated Servers, VPS, Cloud, AWS servers and services (EC2, S3, ELB etc).

Management of Web, Mail, File servers on Linux and Windows platform.

Server Performance Monitoring and keep the servers updated with required updates and patches.

Firewall administration – Hardware and Software.

Manage Spam Filters.

Database Administration

Organize Web application vulnerability scanning, applying server patches.

Fix VAPT issues in server level and support the developers in patching in Application level.

Maintaining Office network, routers, switches, printers, staff PC and Support for user applications.

Plan and perform server migrations.

Configure Third party Services – DoS Mitigation services, Web Application Firewalls, Spam Filters.

Purchase and setup SSL certificates.

Technical Support over Phone and Email and attend meeting related servers , hosting etc.

Domain Name Server (DNS) – Zone creation, Deletion, record changes.

Support for in-house development team.

Configure automated backups, backup restoration.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

AWS technologies

OS: Redhat, CentOS, Windows Server etc

Applications: Apache, IIS, Nginx, PHP, Postfix, vsftpd

Database: MySQL, MSSQL

Project management tools.

Preferred Certifications: AWS certifications , RHCE/RHCSA
