تفاصيل الوظيفة
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our growing online business. If you enjoy working with digital platforms, managing product information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage product listings and updates across e-commerce platforms
✅ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
✅ Process orders and track shipments
✅ Assist with customer inquiries and order-related issues
✅ Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance
✅ Support promotions, campaigns, and marketplace activities
Requirements:
✔ Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or administrative support
✔ Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Noon is a plus
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently
