SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE in Manama

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our organization in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on HR experience, in-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law (Government Regulations), excellent communication skills, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government HR regulations

Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters

Coordinate with government entities (LMRA, GOSI, MOL, etc.)

Support performance management and employee development initiatives

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive / HR Officer

Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience working in Bahrain-based organizations

Experience dealing with government HR processes
