Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge for footwear, insoles, and custom orthotic solutions.Manage in-store sales, operate the POS system, and update customer records in the CRM.Assist with foot measurement and consultation for custom orthotic fittings.Maintain store presentation and inventory display.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.Requirements:Female, below 25 years old.Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Familiarity with CRM and POS systems is a plus.Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to learning.Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work 8-hour shifts (including weekends).Important Conditions:Visa sponsorship is NOT provided. Applicants must already have their own valid residency/ work visa in Oman (e.g., family visa, student visa, spouse visa).Two (2) month probationary training period with a training allowance provided.Upon successful completion of probation, a competitive salary + sales commission will be offered.
