QC- Electrical-Factory Project in Riyadh

Quality Management & Inspection

Candidates shall have 5 to 10 years of working experience in electrical QC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and shall attach the corresponding professional qualification certificates when submitting resumes.

The position requires candidates to have a proactive and positive work attitude, a well-planned approach to tasks, clear logical thinking, and an outgoing personality.

Implement and monitor the Electrical Quality Management Plan in accordance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards (IEC, BS, NEC, SASO, etc.).

Conduct routine inspections of electrical installation works including power distribution, lighting, earthing & grounding, cable tray, containment, and equipment installation.

Ensure all electrical works are executed in compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals (MAR).

Inspection Requests & Documentation

Review and submit Electrical WIR / MIR to Consultant and Client for inspection and approval.

Coordinate site inspections with Consultant, Client, and third-party inspectors.

Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, observations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Standards & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local authority and regulatory requirements (e.g. SEC, SASO, Civil Defense, project-specific requirements).

Verify installation quality against international and project standards.

Material & Installation Control

Inspect incoming electrical materials to ensure compliance with approved MAR and project specifications.

Monitor proper storage, handling, and installation of electrical materials and equipment.

Testing & Commissioning Support

Witness and verify electrical testing activities such as insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, earth resistance tests, functional tests, and pre-commissioning activities.

Support Testing & Commissioning team during energization and final acceptance stages.

Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions

Identify quality issues and raise NCRs when necessary.

Follow up corrective actions to ensure proper closure and prevent recurrence.

As-Built & Handover

Assist in the preparation and review of as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation.

Support final inspection, taking-over, and project handover to the Client.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate closely with Construction, Design, Planning, and Procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Attend quality meetings, site coordination meetings, and inspections with Client/Consultant.
