Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise logistics personnel and coordinate daily operations across transport, warehousing, and distribution
– Monitor logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
– Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and transport teams to coordinate schedules
– Enforce safety and compliance standards in all logistics processes
– Track and report on logistics performance metrics and key indicators
– Manage inventory control in coordination with warehouse teams
– Resolve logistics issues and escalate problems as needed
– Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training
– Support implementation of logistics process improvements
– Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records
