Indian food chef – Prepare the kitchen and supervise the use of pots and equipment such as knives, pans and kitchen scales
– Kitchen management and the full responsibility of all kitchen members.
– Study each recipe and collect all the ingredients needed to prepare meals.
– Cook and make sure to serve in time
– Full responsibility for any brand we have and any future brand
– Send reports if there are any observations in the housing
– Full responsibility for managing cooking operations and the needs of each product and meal
– Monthly inventory of all foodstuffs .
– Delegate tasks to the kitchen team.
– Inform the staff of daily dishes and select daily menus.
– Supervising the regular delivery of attractive dishes.
– Supervise chefs and provide assistance when needed
– Familiarity with all physical and practical health laws and regulations and work to implement them on the ground.
– Enact internal regulations that limit the commission of any violations, including municipal violations, and avoid cases of poisoning
– Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and orders.
– Monitor food stocks and report needs periodically.
– Make sure and review the catering in a fresh condition.
– Review recipes, make sure the ingredients and taste are right and make suggestions to improve taste.
– Supervising the application of occupational health and safety regulations for the team within the kitchen
