Position: ERP Implementation Specialist

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to lead, manage, and support the end-to-end deployment of our ERP system across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring ERP modules, training users, and ensuring smooth adoption and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full ERP implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Analyze business processes and translate them into ERP configurations and workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, production, warehouse, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure proper system alignment.

Configure ERP modules and ensure integration across departments.

Conduct system testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with vendors or internal IT teams.

Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.

Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience.

Ensure data accuracy, system security, and proper migration of legacy data.

Maintain ERP updates, patches, and enhancements in coordination with the vendor.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, inventory, production, HR, and procurement.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.

Strong communication, documentation, and project management skills.

Ability to train users and provide ongoing support across departments.

Knowledge of SQL, databases, or system integrations is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, perfumes, chemicals, or FMCG industries.

Based in Makkah or nearby cities.
