Quantity Control Inspector (Civil) – Construction Company in Dammam

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ, drawings, and civil construction activities.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity measurement techniques.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Key Duties:

Verify quantities of civil works executed on site.

Measure and record work progress for billing and reporting purposes.

Review BOQs, drawings, and project specifications.

Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and planning teams.

Prepare quantity reports, progress reports, and material reconciliation reports.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and approved drawings.

Assist in evaluating subcontractor work quantities and payment certificates.
