. Machine Operation & Production

• Operate and monitor production equipment such as ovens, mixers, packing machines, filling machines, and labeling lines.

• Set machine parameters according to production specifications and product requirements.

• Ensure smooth product flow with minimal downtime and waste.

• Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage.

• Support changeovers, product trials, and calibration activities.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct daily pre-operation checks to ensure machines are safe and ready for use.

• Perform minor repairs, lubrication, and cleaning according to preventive maintenance schedules.

• Identify and report any mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance or engineering team.

• Assist external technicians or suppliers during major repairs or installations.

3. Quality & Safety

• Follow all food safety, HACCP, and GMP requirements during operation.

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas to prevent cross-contamination.

• Verify that labeling, sealing, and coding are accurate for each batch.

• Immediately report any deviations, foreign bodies, or equipment malfunctions that may affect product quality.

• Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage, lockout/tagout, and safe handling of machinery.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Complete production and maintenance logs accurately and on time.

• Record machine performance metrics and contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives.

• Support preparation of daily shift reports, downtime analysis, and material balance sheets.
