Sales & Marketing Manager – Premium Cables, Adapters & Tech Accessories (KSA)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our premium range of cables, adapters, and technology accessories across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, established trade relationships, and a proven track record in building brands and driving revenue in competitive retail and B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth targets in KSA.
• Manage key accounts including distributors, retailers, resellers, and corporate clients.
• Identify and onboard new distribution partners and retail channels.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Marketing & Brand Development
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to position the brand as a premium tech accessories provider.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with digital, trade marketing, and PR teams to strengthen brand visibility.
• Analyze competitor activity and recommend strategic responses.
Market Expansion & Strategy
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, segments, and product demand.
• Support channel expansion across offline and online platforms.
• Provide insights into customer preferences, pricing strategies, and product development.
Team & Partner Management
• Work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to ensure execution excellence.
• Train sales partners on product features, benefits, and positioning.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or tech products.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, retail landscape, and distribution networks.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive B2B and B2C sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within KSA as required.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
