We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bakery Chef to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products (bread, pastries, cakes, dough items)
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery items
Follow recipes, portion control, and production schedules
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Manage raw materials and minimize wastage
Assist in developing new bakery items when required
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bakery Chef / Baker
Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and oven operations
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work early shifts and under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred
Two or Three years Experience in commercial bakery or restaurant
