SITE SUPERVISOR in Budaiya

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on construction experience to lead and coordinate on-site operations for our projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and capable of managing teams, schedules, and quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and schedules

Lead, motivate, and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site workers

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times

Monitor progress, quality, and productivity, addressing issues proactively

Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate daily reports and records

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication

Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics efficiently

Resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective actions when needed

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in site reporting and basic construction software/tools
