We are a leading structural steel manufacturing company in Riyadh seeking a qualified and experienced QC Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in structural steel fitting and welding inspection.

QC Engineer / Mechanical Engineer – Structural Steel (Fitting & Welding)

???? Location: Riyadh – Istanbul Street (Near Masjid Fauzan)

???? Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication & QA/QC

• Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, communication) and Hindi (हिंदी)

• Hands-on experience in:

o Welding inspection

o Structural steel fitting

• CSWIP certification – Preferred

• NDT certification – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Quality Control Plans (QCP)

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections

• Inspect fit-up, welding, and final assemblies

• Ensure welding complies with approved WPS

• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and alignment

• Review Material Test Certificates (MTC) and maintain traceability

• Prepare QA/QC documents:

o Inspection reports

o NCRs

• Coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

• Monitor and review NDT activities (UT, MT, PT)
