The HR Officer is responsible for enhancing employee engagement, workplace culture, and overall employee experience. This role requires expertise in employee engagement strategies, organizational development, HR projects, CSR & ESG initiatives, internal communications, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is skilled in conducting surveys and focus groups, analyzing workforce data, preparing HR reports, and managing HR digital tools. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, combined with project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, are essential for supporting HR operations, employee relations, and engagement programs. Candidates should have proven experience in HR generalist functions, employee relations, and people experience roles, with a proactive approach to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
