**Estimator – Metal & Wood Fabrication**

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in estimating costs for metal fabrication, wood works, CNC cutting, and interior fit-out projects. The Estimator will review drawings, prepare accurate quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and support the sales and production teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review architectural and engineering drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

* Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for clients.

* Calculate material quantities and production costs.

* Obtain and compare supplier quotations.

* Coordinate with the production, procurement, and sales teams.

* Prepare tender submissions and project cost breakdowns.

* Maintain pricing databases for materials, labor, and subcontractors.

* Follow up on submitted quotations and revisions.

* Ensure estimates meet company standards and profitability targets.

**Requirements:**

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

* Minimum 0-1 years of experience as an Estimator in metal fabrication, joinery, interior fit-out, or construction.

* Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, wood works, CNC Plasma, CNC Router, Corian, ACP, Acrylic, and Glass.

* Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

* Knowledge of estimating software is an advantage.

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.
