Business Development Manager – Logistics ( 5 years experience + )

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing logistics division. This is a startup opportunity, where the successful candidate will play a key role in building the business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients.

* Identify new market opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

* Establish processes, workflows, and commercial strategies from scratch.

* Work closely with operations to develop logistics solutions tailored to customer needs.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the logistics business.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in business development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.

* Strong network and ability to generate new business.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

* Comfortable building new processes, systems, and customer portfolios from the ground up.

* Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.
